Our bodies are trying to tell us something through what our diet and excercise consist of. What is your body telling you today? How do you feel? What nutrients have you fed your body today? What physical type of activity have you done today? As we excercise our faith in God we must excercise one of God's greatest gifts to us... Our body!
Do you know there are bible scriptures and versus on health and wellness and God wants us to love and take care of our bodies? So, we must honor God by loving and keeping our body healthy because our bodies are gifts FROM God. By being fit and healthy, we are also better able to live out our divine call to God's service.
Let today be the day to start fresh. To eat right. To train hard. To live healthy.
Let's start by being aware of what you need to do to get your bodies healthier and stronger by asking yourself the opening questions above.
Two things that you can start with right now:
- Drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water a day
- Take away ALL sugar. No sweets (pray to God on this one if you need help!) That means no sugar drinks like pops and iced coffees etc
Why not give this a real try? What's going to happen is only benefiting your body. You'll have increased energy and it will do wonders to your skin Take more steps throughout the day. Park your car further if you can and walk! If you have limitations. (Knees or hips) I have lots of ideas to share with you. There are no excuses and NO limitations because with God all things are possible. Let's take baby steps. It's a start
